That shaped how I think about revenue: it's about building the system that makes every customer relationship more valuable over time.
I spent 9 years at JustWorks scaling GTM from Series B through pre-IPO - building the playbooks, the team structures, and the customer motion that let the company grow without losing what made it work. Then I joined Reflex as VP of Sales, where I built the revenue infrastructure from the ground up.
